Chapter 1363 A Sharp Sword
An outpost somewhere around the northern European continent, around twenty women picking up materials from a devastated landscape filled with both fleshy and mechanical corpses. Aside from the girls, there are two men walking around and overlooking everything, "This is the third one. Instead of reinforcements, they are abandoning their small bases." Tenjirou loudly muttered, "Should we hit more?"
"We should stop here. They should be wary of us enough." Ouetsu replied after contemplating about it for a bit while holding a mechanical arm that he last severed, "But these things sure are marvelous."
Tenjirou was also intrigued by the so-called Evies and said, "They sure are strange. They are sentient yet they don't have a soul."
"They do have a soul, alright. Just that we don't see them as a soul as we know it." Ouetsu tossed the arm back to his inventory, intending to analyze it later in his free time, "Urahara probably thinks the same but didn't have enough time to delve into it."
"Or there's no point to it as of now. We're done here so let's leave..." Tenjirou's voice suddenly trailed and both of them looked back and all of the women, which were Zanpakutos that Ouetsu had forged, also stopped what they were doing and prepared for battle, "But not before we take care of that, I guess?"
In the airspace on top of the devastated outpost several Magic Circles appeared.
Even though they hadn't fully appeared, Ouetsu immediately commanded his legion of Zanpakuto, "Come back for now, girls. I'll call you out again for the after-party."
As soon as Ouetsu uttered his instructions, all the women around them transformed back into various blades before flying towards their 'employer'. They all disappeared within a small portal that Ouetsu created and the moment they were all gone, the users of the Magic Circles fully materialized.
Tenjirou smiled wryly, "You think so too, huh? This world is seriously in trouble if their officers really are on that level."
Out of the three members of the Devastator Order, he's the weakest and most vulnerable when brought to places like the Dimensional Gap or outer space. However, when on the ground, his invincibility and power exceed the other two. Without a doubt, he's a formidable opponent.
"So you already know me, huh?" Salmeda suddenly added, which made Ouetsu and Tenjirou narrow their eyes.
They could see Salmeda's mouth twisted into a smile, "Don't be surprised. I'm one of the people with the greatest detection ability in all our forces. I can detect even the smallest change from you that's not visible to anyone. This also allows me to respond to anything that's happening around me."
"Are you sure it's okay for you to reveal something like that?" Ouetsu asked him, trying to gauge him further.
"You are warriors of the highest caliber. It's something you'd immediately notice once we cross our fists if you're as good as I'm expecting." Salmeda explained himself, "If not, then there must be something wrong with my senses."
Ouetsu and Tenjirou looked at each other before the latter accepted Evie's demand. Placing his Kinpika (Gilded Splendor) on his shoulder, Tenjirou started, "Kirinji Tenjirou. Former member of Soul King's Royal Special Task Force with the official designation of Divine General of the East." Since their enemy introduced themselves in such a manner, Tenjirou returned with something similar. ????ÄNô????ÈŞ
"Heya~ Nimaiya Ouetsu at your service~! Coming from the same task force, I have the official designation of Divine General of the West~! Pleased to meet you!" Ouetsu followed by his usual eccentric behavior, "Then without further ado, let's start."
Salmeda also prepared himself but at the same time, he detected something amiss. Without him knowing, the man called Tenjirou appeared and the air behind him was disturbed.
He hurriedly turned around and saw that Tenjirou already pierced one of his men through the chest with just his bare hands, "As they have said, you guys can't detect Spiritual Power."
