Restoras and Regalzeva had already noticed Ichigo and Aika's approach before they even intruded into their clashing domains.
However, because their hostility was directed at just one side, the two of them had very differing reactions.
Restoras' aura immediately flared up when he noticed that the intruders were coming towards him. While he admits that they are strong compared to his followers even with his blessing, they have no right to step on their stage. They simply are on a different level and he found their actions extremely disrespectful.
Regalzeva, on the other hand, would normally also be angry at their intrusion. But after a bit of a clash with Restoras, he realized that the latter was prepared to retreat as soon as possible. Regalzeva was thinking about how he could make the coward stay when Ichigo and Aika arrived and found it amusing.

Aika and Ichigo came face to face with Restoras.
Ichigo's Reiatsu's physical manifestation took the form of a golden pillar and the moment Restoras' Spiritual Power melted under its influence, Ichigo raised his sword. The golden pillar immediately disappeared as if it was just a fleeting illusion but Restoras knew that wasn't the case at all, "Getsuga Tenshou."
A sharp golden wave of pure high-kinetic Spiritual Power was ejected from his sword and traveled the short distance between Restoras and Ichigo. For the first time in a very long while, Restoras felt threatened, '...Huh!?'
He couldn't figure out how this feeling came to be but he was certain that if he didn't dodge or block it, he'd be gravely injured, 'But how is that possible!?'
Restoras had to release Aika and waved his right hand towards the golden wave that's about to cut him in half.
A moment later, Ichigo was shocked to see that his Getsuga Tenshou suddenly veered and shot upwards, entirely missing his target. The next instant, however, he heard Restoras in front of him shouting in pain as his left arm was separated from his torso, "Aggghhhhh!!!"
Aika had just finished sneaking to Restoras side using the massive turbulence that Ichigo caused, "It's as they said. You can only use Reality Warping and Probability Manipulation when you're aware of it."
"INSECT!" Restoras instantly lashed out but Aika had already left his range with Flash Step and that was the same for Ichigo.
As the both of them got away, Ichigo asked, "You didn't aim for the back?"
"I was worried that he'd notice me if I went for something bigger. We've got to take small wins against someone like him."
Ichigo looked at Restoras who was staring at them with bloodshot eyes and replied, "I think you only made him angrier."
"That's good. He won't notice it then." Aika displayed a grin which only further infuriated Restoras, "Sadly, I don't think we'll be able to approach him anymore much less get another arm."
